一、作者与许可

CHINCHILLA 人工智能代理程序包依据知识共享署名 4.0 国际许可协议（CC BY 4.0）（https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode）免费发布。代理程序包包括指令文件 agent.md、内容、示例、测试集及测试结果。在署名的前提下，任何人均可复制、修改和再发布代理，包括用于商业目的。

二、署名方式

发布代理（无论原版还是修改版）时，均应注明：

  1. 代理的名称、在 CHINCHILLA 的编号和标识符，以及版本号；
  2. 署名及链接：“© CHINCHILLA — https://chinchilla.quest”；
  3. 许可协议及其链接：“CC BY 4.0 — https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/”；
  4. 修改说明：具体修改内容，或“未作修改”。

三、名称与标识

CHINCHILLA 名称、标识及项目的其他标志不在 CC BY 4.0 许可范围之内，不得用于：

  • 衍生代理、产品、服务或域名的命名；
  • 任何暗示 CHINCHILLA 认可、审核、支持或发布您的版本，或与您存在合作关系的方式。

按第二条进行如实署名（例如“基于 CHINCHILLA 代理”）是允许且必需的。

四、不提供担保

代理按“现状”提供，不附带任何形式的担保，具体以 CC BY 4.0 官方法律文本为准。上述内容不限制法律赋予消费者的强制性权利。已公布的测试结果仅针对特定版本和测试日期，不保证代理今后表现相同。

五、代理的输出结果

  • 输出结果为草稿，使用前须经核实。
  • 输出结果不构成法律、税务、会计、医疗、兽医、财务或投资建议，亦不能替代专业人士。
  • “待确认”“check”“уточнить”等标记表示相关信息尚未核实，须对照官方或原始来源进行核查。
  • 代理运行于您自己的人工智能平台（例如 Claude Code）。使用条款、费用、限额、在您所在国家/地区的可用性及数据处理均由平台提供方确定，遵守相关条款是您的责任。
  • 代理不是紧急服务。如生命、健康或财产面临危险，请拨打紧急求助电话。

The legal code is not reproduced in this file. The text published by Creative Commons at the link above applies. No summary, translation or note in this repository replaces or changes it.

What this licence covers

The licence covers each agent package in registry/agents/<id>/:

  • the agent instruction file (agent.md);
  • the agent content (content.json, examples/);
  • the test suite and test results (tests/);
  • README.md and CHANGELOG.md.

The licence does not cover:

  • the CHINCHILLA name, logo or other trademarks (see NOTICE.md);
  • the website code and design of chinchilla.quest;
  • third-party projects listed on the site's download pages, which remain under their own authors' licences;
  • names of third-party products, platforms and laws mentioned inside the agents. These are used only to refer to them.
