تُوزَّع حزم وكلاء الذكاء الاصطناعي من CHINCHILLA مجاناً بموجب ترخيص المشاع الإبداعي - نسب المصنَّف 4.0 الدولي (CC BY 4.0): https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode. وتشمل حزمة الوكيل ملف التعليمات agent.md والمحتوى والأمثلة ومجموعة الاختبارات ونتائجها. ويجوز نسخ الوكلاء وتعديلهم وإعادة توزيعهم، بما في ذلك للأغراض التجارية، بشرط نسب المصنَّف إلى صاحبه.
2. كيفية نسب المصنَّف
عند أي توزيع لوكيل، أصلياً كان أو معدَّلاً، يجب ذكر ما يلي:
- اسم الوكيل ورقمه ومعرّفه في CHINCHILLA، ورقم الإصدار؛
- النسبة والرابط: «© CHINCHILLA — https://chinchilla.quest»؛
- الترخيص ورابطه: «CC BY 4.0 — https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/»؛
- بيان التعديلات: ما الذي عُدِّل تحديداً، أو «دون تعديل».

إذا تضمّن الملف سطراً لنسب المصنَّف، فلا تحذفه، بل أضِف بجانبه بيان تعديلاتك.
3. الاسم والشعار
لا يشمل ترخيص CC BY 4.0 اسم CHINCHILLA ولا شعاره ولا سائر علامات المشروع. ولا يجوز استخدامها:
- في تسمية الوكلاء أو المنتجات أو الخدمات أو أسماء النطاقات المشتقة؛
- بأي طريقة توحي بأن CHINCHILLA تعتمد نسختك أو راجعتها أو تدعمها أو تصدرها، أو بأنها تتعاون معك.
أما الإشارة الصادقة وفق البند 2، مثل «مبني على وكيل من CHINCHILLA»، فهي جائزة ومطلوبة.
4. انتفاء الضمان
يُقدَّم الوكلاء «على حالتهم» دون أي ضمان من أي نوع، وفقاً للنص الرسمي لترخيص CC BY 4.0. ولا يحدّ ذلك من الحقوق الإلزامية التي يمنحها القانون للمستهلكين. وتخص نتائج الاختبارات المنشورة إصداراً محدداً وتاريخ اختبار محدداً، ولا تضمن السلوك نفسه مستقبلاً.
5. مخرجات الوكلاء
- المخرجات مسودات، ويجب التحقق منها قبل استخدامها.
- ليست المخرجات استشارة قانونية أو ضريبية أو محاسبية أو طبية أو بيطرية أو مالية أو استثمارية، ولا تغني عن المختص.
- تعني العلامات مثل «يرجى التأكيد» أو «check» أو «уточнить» أن المعلومة غير متحقَّق منها، ويجب مطابقتها مع مصدر رسمي أو أصلي.
- يعمل الوكيل على منصة الذكاء الاصطناعي الخاصة بك (مثل Claude Code). ويحدد مزوّد المنصة شروط الاستخدام والتكاليف والحدود ومدى الإتاحة في بلدك ومعالجة البيانات، وتقع عليك مسؤولية الالتزام بها.
- الوكيل ليس خدمة طوارئ. وعند وجود خطر على الحياة أو الصحة أو الممتلكات، اتصل بخدمات الطوارئ.

What this licence covers
The licence covers each agent package in registry/agents/<id>/:

content.json, examples/); - the test suite and test results (
tests/); README.md and CHANGELOG.md.
The licence does not cover:
- the CHINCHILLA name, logo or other trademarks (see
NOTICE.md); - the website code and design of chinchilla.quest;
- third-party projects listed on the site's download pages, which remain under their own authors' licences;
- names of third-party products, platforms and laws mentioned inside the agents. These are used only to refer to them.
